About Me

I  am a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience providing individual & group therapy. With an MSW from UCLA, I have been trained in the assessment & treatment of a range of emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges. Before transitioning to my private practice full time in January 2020, I was a therapist and supervisor at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

In addition, women are often held (and hold themselves) to high standards, whether as a friend, a professional, a partner, or in other areas, such as weight or appearance. As a result, many are experiencing anxiety, depression, and feeling tired, overwhelmed, and burned out. Therapy can provide a helpful space to pause, reflect, and

clarify with a professional.
